Roseanna is our Customer Relations Manager. She began working at Primarily Hair years ago after meeting Donna (owner of Primarily Hair) while working at El Cholo Corporate office. Her beginning work schedule was limited to Monday: Throughout the years, Roseanna has grown into a full time position and is the voice the clients love to hear. Customer service skills are her specialty and she takes great pride in her work. All clients are made to feel welcome and leave feeling fabulous! Roseanna is also involved with all of the salon’s community efforts including chamber of commerce activities, fundraisers and special events, all which she thoroughly enjoys!

Her real name is Paulyna but she is known as PJ to clients and friends. Her passion for this industry was sealed when she did a senior project at La Habra High School on the beauty industry. Her specialties are Ombre, Balayage, color correction, fashion colors, men’s, women’s and kid’s cuts, hair color for everyday wear and Brazilian Blowout. She loves seeing the transformation that hair can make for someone physically and mentally. Many of her classmates became a great building block to her client base.

Kelly grew up in Whittier and has lived in La Habra since 1993. She has been doing hair since 1984. She previously owned a salon for 10 years of her career and actually worked at Primarily Hair when she was 19 and thrilled to return in 2007. Due to her longevity in business, she is skilled at permanent waving, colors, highlights, cuts and more. She feels customer service is very important and has a mission to make all of her clients feel like family with a one-of-a-kind hair experience.

She started her career here many years ago after answering a Pennysaver ad: She had been cutting hair on a military base but transitioned over to full time at Primarily Hair as soon as she was found the open position.She feels the beauty industry is the best possible career suited to her. She specializes in color and highlighting, cutting and also offers additional services of permanents, Brazilian Blowout and straightening. Andria loves the creative side of being a stylist and when she is not at work she enjoys quilting, hiking and the great outdoors.
